Creating Templates

Turn your workflows into reusable templates and share them in the gallery.

Prerequisites

  • A working workflow that executes successfully
  • At least one successful execution with artifacts
  • Pro plan or higher (template publishing requires Pro)

Steps to publish

  1. Build and test your workflow — make sure it runs cleanly
  2. Run it to generate example artifacts for all nodes
  3. Go to My Templates → Create from Workflow
  4. Add a title, description, and category
  5. The system automatically captures example results from all nodes
  6. Click Publish to make it visible in the gallery

Example results

When publishing, include artifacts from all nodes — not just images. Text artifacts from AI nodes make those nodes clickable in the template preview, showing users what each step generates.

Tip: Good templates have descriptive input nodes. Instead of “Enter text here”, use “Enter your brand name (e.g., MoonBrew Coffee)”.

Visibility

  • Public — visible to everyone in the gallery
  • Private — only you can see and use it
